Enhance Your MP-SPR instruments

Discover our MP-SPR accessories, offering additional wavelength options and a variety of specialized flow cells. Enhance the versatility and precision of your experiments with tailored solutions for every research requirement.

MP-SPR flow cells

We provide a diverse selection of user-exchangeable flow cells tailored for specific applications.

Each flow cell type is optimized for its intended application, taking into account tubing inner diameter and fluidic channel volume to ensure optimal performance.

Specific flow cells available for all MP-SPR NaviTM instruments:

  • Kinetic flow cell (PDMS)
  • Live Cell Measurement flow cell
  • Electrochemistry flow through cuvette with electrodes (in the picture)

Available for 2 channel instruments 200 OTSO, 210A VASA and 220A NAALI:

  • High chemical resistance flow-cell for material characterisations (PEEK and Kalrez materials)
  • Small volume kinetic electrochemistry flow cell with electrodes
  • Fluorescence flow cell to surface photo activation or to collect fluorescence signal during MP-SPR measurement
  • Gas measurements – all MP-SPR flow cells enable measurements in air and liquid and this special gas flow cell enables even measurements with pressurized gas.

Additional wavelengths

MP-SPR instruments can be equipped with multiple wavelengths of light to measure the same surface spot at two, three, or even four different wavelengths simultaneously.

Measuring the complete SPR curve with two or more wavelengths is crucial for enabling precise thickness and refractive index measurements. The number of wavelengths affects the prerequisite requirements: with a three- or four-wavelength setup, no prerequisites are needed to measure the thickness and refractive index of the layers and coatings.

Multi-wavlenght capability is beneficial in all MP-SPR applications, and it is particularly essential in material characterization, extracellular vesicle size and concentration characterization, and live cell studies.

All MP-SPR Navi™ instruments support up to two different wavelengths per fluidic channel. The MP-SPR Navi™ 200 OTSO, 210A VASA, and 220A NAALI instruments can be equipped with up to four different wavelengths per fluidic channel.
