BioNavis Oy is looking for a proactive, well-organized and independent Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team in Tampere, Finland.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international, high-tech company where you will take on a varied role combining sales administration, marketing, logistics and back-office support. You will be part of a small, collaborative team, working closely with colleagues and international distribution partners.
Your responsibilities
Your role will cover a wide range of administrative, sales and marketing activities, including:
- Processing customer orders and coordinating international shipping and customs documentation
- Marketing activities, including website updates, brochures, newsletters and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Planning and coordinating events
- Communicating and collaborating with international distribution partners and customers
- Providing back-office support
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys taking responsibility and can manage a variety of tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment.
The ideal candidate has:
- A strong background in event management, marketing and/or international sales
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Finnish and English
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to get things done
- The ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Previous experience in a small or medium-sized company, logistics, international shipping or marketing will be considered an advantage.
