We are hiring an Application Scientist.

We are searching for an Application Scientist for our team. The headquarters of our company is located in Tampere, Finland. However, the applicant can work from other European location as well, but will be required to travel to Tampere on a regular basis. If you have ever wanted to try your wings and wits in a research oriented position, this is it!

Requirements: Fluent written and spoken English language. Proven experience working with surface techniques (e.g. SPR, QCM). At least M.Sc. degree in for instance biochemistry, pharmacy, chemistry or similar. Readiness to speak with new people. B-driving license.

 

Offering: We are offering a position in a high-tech company with a chance to see the world (the work includes 30% travel days). The main responsibilities include sales, application development and support for various fields using MP-SPR Navi™ instruments. You will be a part of a small team with lots of collaboration inside and outside. You will also be part of research projects – direct projects for customers, collaboration with universities as well as EU projects.
