BioNavis collaborated with HansaBioMed on an application note exploring how Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance (MP-SPR) complements ExoTEST ELISA in extracellular vesicle (EV) research.
The study shows that HansaBioMed’s purified COLO1 EVs express high levels of the CD9 marker without lipoprotein contamination, while MP-SPR enables real-time analysis of EV thickness, corona formation and removal, stability, integrity, and EV–antibody interactions. Together, MP-SPR and ExoTEST ELISA provide a powerful toolkit for advancing EV characterization and supporting EV-based diagnostic development.
